Through its Comprehensive Mine Management Solution (CMMS), A&R integrates productivity with safety, serving major global mining clients like Harmony Gold, Impala Platinum, Sibanye, Valterra (South Africa and Zimbabwe), Glencore, and Koura (Mexico). The company's vertically integrated approach ensures reliable, scalable systems for high-risk underground operations.

History
Innovating within the mining industry for over 47 years
Founded in 1978 in Welkom, South Africa.
We began working on our rail-bound technology as a small team of engineers. Our team has since progressed to building advanced, integrated solutions that provide comprehensive mine management.
In 2021, Master Drilling Group Limited invested into the company funding further R&D and expanding our global footprint. Over the last 47 years, we've grown to over 500 employees and now serve some of the largest mining operations in the world.
